2.2  Technical Data & Analytics
  • Device identifier (Apple Device ID), usage logs (e.g., timestamps, feature usage), crash reports, and performance metrics.

  • Non-identifying diagnostic data to help optimize App performance.

  • We only use cookies or similar methods for essential App function (e.g., session persistence).

2.3  Compliance Attribution
  • We collect minimal personal data that allows us to comply with GDPR, CCPA, India’s DPDP/IT Act, and Apple’s App Store requirement to handle user data securely.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do:

  • Deliver the App features: store chat history, preferences, and enable personalization.

  • Legal compliance data: retained as required by Indian law (e.g., financial logs for 7 years).

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. If we learn chat history belongs to a child under 13 (or under 16 in other jurisdictions), we will promptly delete the information and disable any further access.

  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest using industry-standard techniques.

  • Access controls, system monitoring, and organizational policies guard chat and analytics data.
